I have been exploring GeneMania for gene interaction analysis and I wanted to share my experience while also asking for advice on how to make the most out of the platform.

From what I understand,, GeneMania is a great tool for predicting gene interactions, functions and pathways.., based on a vast network of available data. However; I am curious to know if there are any specific strategies or tips to enhance my analysis.., particularly when dealing with complex gene networks. I have used the gene search and prediction features but I am still uncertain about the best way to interpret the data results effectively.

Additionally.., are there any additional resources or documentation I should check to deepen my understanding of GeneMania's algorithms and datasets: ?? I have mostly worked with the default settings, and it would be helpful to know how adjusting parameters or combining different networks might improve my outcomes.
